7 AM to 4 PM Description:
Materials Management Coordinator:
Daily - Receive supplies/ parts physically and into SAP from Suppliers Daily - Verify parts/ supplies ordered meet specification and quantity ordered.
Daily - Hold team accountable to the reservation, kitting and other processes.
Daily - Schedule Outbound Shipments and Track Material to return to Site.
Daily - Issue Material for Maintenance & Operations Daily - Manage Free Issue Materials with Vendors & End Users Daily - Verify for accuracy and process invoices via SAP Work cycles.
Weekly - Identify Bad Actors with reference to Material Movements in NG Stores Bi-Weekly - Report via Tier Boards the Monthly Cycle count accuracy Monthly - Refurbishment process achieving no outstanding items 30 days.
Monthly - Report Adjustments to Site Manager, Accountant and Site Controller Monthly - Communicate WHY behind adjustments needed impacting Accuracy.
Monthly - Maintain Zero Shadow Inventory in the Warehouse Monthly - Visualize Kitted, Project and To-Be-TMAT'd materials in NG Stores Annually - Participate in BASF Corp.
Financial Audits & Inventory Assessments Annually - Review Inventory Re-Order Levels for Adjustment Needs Annually - Report on Non-Movement Materials for Stores Removal Needs Annually - Track Stored Items of ? $100k per Site Controller Guidelines EH&S:
Manage operator/contractor uniform inventory.
Manage radio inventory, ordering and repair/replacements.
Complete monthly housekeeping audits, monthly safety meetings, etc Complete all required training as assigned in LMS.
Administrative Duties:
Manage Pro-Card used for N-Geismar warehouse consumables (2 cards) Review Pro-card statements for accuracy.
Create Purchase Requisitions for Materials & Services Maintain office supplies.
Maintain conference room supplies.
Support team members' office supply needs Backup DNT Production Associate as Needed Job Type:
