As a Mechanic - Pump (Service Tech II) within the Fluid division at United Rentals, you'll use your skills to perform maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs on equipment in a safe and professional manner.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of dryers and pumps.

Perform service documentationTrain lower level TechniciansDemonstrate equipment for customersTravel to customer sitesOther duties assigned as neededJob Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining dryers and pumps of various sizes, capacities and manufacturersKnowledge of construction equipmentStrong mechanical background knowledge particularly with various enginesBasic understanding of schematics and diagramsOwn the tools applicable to positionSuperior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
