PM Shifts are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 2pm-10pm, Night Audit shifts are Wednesday & Thursday from 10pm-6am.
As a Guest Service Representative you are the face of the hotel and are responsible for the hotel in the absence of the manager.
Job duties include checking guest in and out of the hotel, booking reservations, answering the telephone, handling guest complaints, communicating with housekeeping department to ensure the needs of the guest are satisfied on every level.
Performing the Night Audit procedures.
Must be extremely reliable and punctual, friendly, and dependable.
Must be a team player and a problem solver.
