Experience:
Heavy equipment experience or rental preferred.

Problem Solving Analysis, Customer/Client Focus, Results Driven, Flexibility Hours:
MOnday- Friday 7 am - 5 pm with a rotating on-call schedule.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities & Daily Duties:
Establishing new rental and sales accounts by providing exceptional customer service to call in andwalk in customers.
Processing rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company policies.
Maintaining a sufficiently stocked, presentable, and clean showroom.
Ensuring customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff.
Establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers working collaboratively together.
Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns with the branch dispatcher.
Learn accurate use of Momentum's software for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management.
Availability to be on call on an assigned basis.
Monitoring branch inventory levels and ordering needed supplies.
Daily store management and upkeep.
Industry customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors pricing.
Penetrate customer at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include industrial.
Other duties as assigned.
