PR Entry/PO IssuanceGoods ReceiptsMaterials/Orders Delivery TrackingEcosys Forecast SupportInvoice Processing and Payment Issue ResolutionJV's for CM and FEED, etcSAP WBS Set Up for AR'sOBE Payroll LiaisonEDWAR Project UploadsSAP Training/TroubleshootingAdditional duties include:
Scheduling capital projectsSetup project parameters in SAP and establish linkage between company codes/clients in SAPReconcile all spending in department cost center and coordinate transfers to specific projects and/or entities.Provide monthly billability report based on internal engineering chargesProvide monthly department spending report and full year forecastProvide cost support to Project and Functional ManagersDevelop engineering department AOP plan with input from engineering managersDevelop and maintain appropriate project control metrics and reportsMaintain & analyze project cost commitments & forecastsResponsible for collecting and reporting cost performance metrics on all projects assignedOther key project controls deliverablesAssist / educate Engineering team members in effective day-to-day use of SAP and EcoSysAre You Qualified?- 3
Years of Project Controls Experience- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required- Demonstrated experience providing Accounting/Financial reporting expertise- Significant experience working with SAP to extract data for reporting purposes- MS Excel - Intermediate to advanced level of expertise expected- Working knowledge of Project Management and/or Engineering terminology a huge plus.- Excellent oral/written communication skills and ability to coordinate meetings with multiple teams to adhere to deadlines- Ability to lead and manage engineering procedure updates and provide guidance on changes and/or best practices that should be employed- Ability to provide advanced financial analysis on deviations from budget and guidance on proper accounting practicesPlease also connect with me on LinkedIn for an even quicker response at:
