Our Client Company is a leader in synthetic rubber manufacturing, serving development, application and commercial needs for their loyal customers. They are currently seeking an R & D Director at their world-class production facilities in Geismar, Louisiana. The salary is $115K - $175K, depending upon experience, with relocation assistance available.
The R&D Director establishes the companys technical vision, leading all aspects of the companys technology development for the EPDM and SBR businesses. He or she also oversees the overall management of business development in Asia. This role plays an integral part in the companys strategic direction, development, and future growth.
Requirements:
B.S., M.S., or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (PhD preferred)
Minimum of 5 years in technical management
Minimum of 10 years in polymer, catalyst and applications development and technical service
Minimum of 5 years in EPDM technology (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop personnel, and lead and work in teams
Demonstrated focus and successful performance on workplace and product safety

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
