## Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: ECS Data Processor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: ECS Field Supervisor or Operations Manager
Manages: Data base
Other Requirements: Daily
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for accuracy and regulatory compliance of LDAR database while following both the customer and Team policies. Data includes inventory, monitoring, repair information for leaking components, record keeping, and reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinates with field supervisor, ECS supervisor, and LDAR coordinator for assigned work assignments
Fully implement and execute the Team Data Management System (TDMS) report QA/QC and assessment protocol as provided and directed by the ECS service line manager.
Trained and competent to use Leak Das. Continuously seek to improve knowledge, skills, and use of database.
Down load and upload handhelds with minimal down time for ECS technicians.
Generate Method 21 reports
Maintain up-to-date list of units/components subject to the LDAR regulations.
Maintain accurate regulation and rule assignments attached to LDAR components in the database.
Maintain electronic database with correct time and date stamps whether on paper or hand held.
Generate and coordinate awareness forms for leaks.
Maintain leak repair records in database.
Generate monthly summary inspections.
Generate Semi-annual or Periodic summary reports.
QA/QC reports before delivery to client.
Maintain logs for at least 2 years.
Maintain awareness on Team policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness on customer policies and procedures.
Manage self in the appropriate manner to provide optimum company relations.
Utilize the Data Administrator checklist to ensure ECS related activities are executed in timely manner. Daily
Ensure Last Ins has been processed with Correct ID, TVA number, time, and date.
Review technician monitoring data and run method 21 reports for supervisor.
Run comment history from day before.
Update ALL technician notes as needed in the database.
Update database with all MOC's from day before.
Update unit binder with all updates.
Ensure routes are loaded with units for technician.
At the end of day coordinate with supervisor and ensure all calibration drifts are within 10 percent range and process last Ins.
Run AVO and PRV release in SAP and give to supervisor.
Update OEL and AVO spread sheets.
Put open work request from the day before in SAP as needed.
Update open work request from readings technicians bring in on rechecks.
Update Leak Das with readings technicians bring in on rechecks.
Coordinate with plant personnel on all leaks
Coordinate by email with Team Operations Supervisor for drill and tap request.
Coordinate with Field supervisor with rechecks needed.
Place proper components on DOR as needed. Ensure both Leak Das and SAP reflect the same information. Weekly
As units are finished with Method 21 monitoring run LDAR Summary report and ensure all scheduled components are monitored for the monitoring period.
Enter in Pump visual results
Update Deletion and OOS forms for field supervisor to field verify and retrieve proper signatures.
Delete and set components OOS as needed.
Send Operations Supervisor email with number of components monitored for invoicing purposes.
Check current OOS components for approaching in service dates and coordinate with LDAR Coordinator or Supervisor to verify
Monthly
A week before end of the month run Schedule not in routes and comment on why these components will not be monitored.
Run DTM percentages and ensure all necessary units are under 3 percent.
Run LDAR summary for all units and ensure all pumps are monitored for every unit, and ensure all other components are monitored for the necessary units for each needed regulation.
Run periodic monitoring summary and update unit summary with number of leak and number of missed first attempts and number of missed 15 day repairs.
Run addition and deletion detail report and update addition and deletion summary.
Update CD DOR sheet.
Make a monthly report binder that will be for the customer and deliver to ECS Operations Supervisor for review.
Make a monthly report binder for Team to keep on file.
Load and ensure all follow up rechecks are ready to be monitored.
Load and ensure all added components are ready to be monitored for two consecutive months.
Sign Quality Assurance Review Certificate as coversheet for the months reporting.
Make Chronic Leaker report and update spread sheet as necessary.
Ensure new chronic leakers are in SAP.
Run late repairs report under all regulations and ensure accuracy.
Compare calibration sheets with TVA's in the database.
Red flag DOR's with two consecutive months of passing readings for supervisor to verify.
Check technician ID's for the month are accurate in Leak Das.
Run leaker details report and ensure accuracy.
Provide a monthly report of leaks by equipment class, size, and manufacture. Quarterly
Ensure quarterly monitoring is complete.
Percent Leaker report with chart.
Semi-Annual
Review all reports for accuracy that have been kept up with monthly.
Coordinate with LDAR coordinator for any changes needing to be made or new formatting.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Answer the phones and route incoming calls
Generate custom reports for the customer
Assist customer with gathering information for audits
Ability to help troubleshoot issues via the telephone
JOB STANDARDS
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be detail oriented, self motivated, persistent, organized and a multi-tasker
Must be knowledgeable with standard office equipment:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Writer
Knowledge of LEAKDAS a big plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
Field duties require outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.
Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.
May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
Must be able to walk and climb except when performing non-field duties.
