Summary: Supports the HR Manager with job sites in multiple states by responding to questions from employees, investigating complaints, performing varied administrative tasks, and support regarding to personnel matters. Send all inquiries and resumes to with the subject line: HRPG
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Helps process hiring paperwork of overhead and salaried employees
Gathers information to support appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Generates employee reports and provides information
Receives and investigates employee complaints, payroll issues, questions from jobsites,
Participate in Unemployment Hearings,
Support HR Manager in HR initiatives and projects on policies, unemployment, compliance and other critical areas.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Bachelors degree in Business or other related field required
Experience working in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment required
Demonstrates critical thinking skills required of a professional
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other operating groups
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, HRIS)
Ability to manage multiple assignments and effectively meet deadlines
Able to pass background requirements for TWIC security certification, and meet all requirements for entry to customer jobsites (drug screens, safety, etc.)
Some travel required to job sites, mostly local.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
