Site Quality Control Mgr

The SQCM ensures that the quality of the site installations is consistent with the company s policy, customer s global practices, national and international standards. The SQCM performs duties such as implementing the QA/QC management system at the work site, coordinating inspections and non-destructive testing, participate in internal and external site audits, reviews all nonconformance reports and undertakes corrective action, coordinates with the Site Construction Manager and Director of Quality Control on all quality issues, conducts and attends meetings related to the project. SQCMs must have an active Certified Welding Inspector Certification and/or API Certification (equipment or piping), possess the ability and knowledge to generate all required supporting documentation for their site which includes but is not limited to formal transmittals for review, approvals of welder qualifications, welding procedures, build mechanical/piping/Code repair sign-off packages, coordinate with Authorized Inspector, inspection reports, and generate ITP s for all disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a clear understanding and working knowledge of ASME and AWS welding codes, Engineering Specifications / Standards and command excellent verbal/written communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
