Sr. Environmental Engineer

You will be responsible for providing Environmental support for the Geismar Manufacturing site, partnering with cross-functional facility teams and leaders. You will provide assistance to operational teams and conduct various environmental based activities to ensure compliance with the site environmental permits and manage the activities required to enable future facility permits and licensing. You will be a team member of the larger business HSE function. You will develop and recommend HSE environmental improvements in support of the management systems. Integrate, monitor, and support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations. Drive environmental continuous improvement through the site location in support of Honeywell's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems and Honeywell's Operating System related activities.  Enhance the Health, Safety, and Environmental culture through coaching and technical engagement YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree 5 years of environmental experience at a chemical or petroleum manufacturing site Experience with Title V permitting, LPDES/NPDES permitting and RCRA (LQG) management WE VALUE Ability to work well in team environments Strong written and verbal communication Fosters teamwork and collaboration Ability to lead teams Ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering related discipline Significant Health, Safety, and Environmental or Environmental Experience Strong technical and working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs   Ensure complianceAudit processesDevelop proceduresRoot cause investigationsDue to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
