Job Responsibilities Accountable for the support of the execution of ME program initiatives within the improvement work-streams, and therefore in turn support the site, site ME manager and local teams; Responsible for working with department managers in identifying areas for process improvement workshops, establishing objectives for each project, and selecting cross-functional team members and leaders; Responsible for the use of Project planning techniques such as the Step to Milestones approach within the context of the local Management Control and Reporting system. Minimum Qualifications 5 to 10 years experience in manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of Lean principles is preferred; Basic Quality Tools - Problem Solving Project management experience Working knowledge of Process Improvement methods Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence others to action. Strong written and verbal communication skills throughout all levels of the organization Presentation skills such as those used in conducting stand-up training programs Ability to effectively work and lead local natural work teams Strong Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) 10757BR

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
